All I can say is weigh what people like Adams claim with their interest on selling their products. I think both the Russian and NATO sides both realize that all-out nuclear war isn’t a good idea for the planet, although small nukes may be used on a limited scale to scare us into submission. Putin is a World Economic Forum Lackey as well….keep that in mind. There will likely be smaller nukes used, designed to scare the hell out of everyone and have them rally behind the puppet leaders that have been installed. But IMO; Putin—and most of the world leaders for that matter—are all working in concert for the ‘Great Reset’. The pseudo-war that’s escalating presently is merely a beard to give the leaders of all the nations involved an excuse to strip the masses (which are the true threat to globalist conquest) of our rights. It’s all a theatrical stage, and when our leaders or their lackeys meet up at DAVOS; why do you think it’s not allowed to be covered by the press? The same with the Bilderberg Group. Use your heads, and for you young ones that are of ‘drafting age’, or even enlisted in the military; flee….you’re not fighting for your country at this point, but merely providing the manpower needed to suppress the will of the people of your respective nations, which you’re supposed to be protecting.
At any rate, we need not fear ‘all-out’ thermonuclear war. They aren’t going to contaminate the resources and land they intend ton conquering, although like I said; they may decimate a few large cities across the world to scare the masses into submission. Additionally, if neutron nukes were used, it would leave very little radioactive residue where detonated, as well as keep buildings and infrastructure intact. But it would vaporize all organic life in its vicinity…..use your critical thinking here. It would allow them to invade and take over with greater ease, and the populace that might oppose them would be obliterated. These, also, are fairly old weapons…..imagine what they truly have at this point.
Okay….taking some of that back; some structures would be left ‘relatively intact’ with a neutron bomb, but it would do still far less damage than say a hydrogen bomb. I dunno, I’m not a physicist. I’m merely a natural healer and herbalist that may or may not be left in the aftermath of such an event. One thing is for certain; regardless of where any nuke explodes, make sure you have some iodine, and a clean source of water.
Lastly; here’s a decent list of vitimans/minerals you may want to look into. 1. Nascent Iodine; 2. Potassium Iodide; 3. Calcium and Magnesium; 4. Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO); 5. Zeolites; 6. Clay; 7. Activated Charcoal. Do some research of your own, as it’s not difficult to find.

A decent field guide for the area where you live and the plants that are native to where you’re at would be a good start. (Yes, I appreciate your attempt to patronize me.
