Putin should quickly topple the Zelensky government.

Resistance is futile, said Zelensky to his troops.
But the more of you that die the more we can make Putin look bad.
The more destruction he causes to Ukraine the more we can make him look bad.
So fight, not for your country but to make Putin look bad. Those are my instructions.

Are they manipulating Putin?
Of course they are.
They are far smarter than they appear.
They manoeuvred him into not making a quick decapitation strike on the Kiev government just so they could engineer the above. Whoever they are.
Putin should strike Kiev with a devastating lightning strike and bring the war to a quick close.
He should then instal a competent government. End of story, with an occupation force which he is moving towards anyway to ensure a smooth transition and reconstruction.
Europe should be treated as a pariah state along with the USA, by Russia and China as they move into Africa, greater Asia and South America.
