Zhirinovsky, to the United States: Your whole country will be under the Atlantic and Pacific oceans

When he was serving the government assembly, he was known for his fiery speeches about nationalism and when necessary would refer to strange technologies he said Russia has, that could overwhelm the United States if world war was to breakout. Everything Zhirinovsky hinted at about strange technologies, he was speaking the truth, because he came to know people who fought the Bolsheviks at the highest level in the Soviet government. And some members of these Bolsheviks were deported from the Soviet Union into the United States and placed in influential positions.

This quote is from Zhirinovsky in 2003 when he was a Duma member, speaking emotionally, addressing the then President of the United States: “At night, our scientists will slightly change the Earth’s gravitational field, and your country will be under water [in] 24 hours, and your whole country will be under the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.”

Many years have passed since his statement, and two earthquakes in Venezuela are now directly linked to seismic weapons, according to some experts. They believe that the cause of the deaths of several hundred people was the installation of HAARP in Alaska. It is assumed that the United States uses targeted ionospheric heating using powerful megawatt antennas to cause earthquakes against rivals. It doesn’t sound very logical, but it’s very interesting. – But what Zhirinovsky is referring to, sounds like another version of such technology; one that is portable, i.e. moveable.
