After this incident there will be tons of speculation regarding how and if protocol was follow thoroughly. By all appearances at this very moment, I can honestly say that it seems that the city is right on top of this and they’ve called in every measure of reinforcement possible.
Residents are being asked to stay in their homes while first responders and try to get accurate accountability for everyone. Helicopters are combing the area looking for human heat signatures for anyone that may have been thrown into a nearby river. It absolutely seems as though every single option that can be used to save lives is certainly being employed by Dallas. Let’s pray for the victims in Paris.
