Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops.
Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time.
In this exclusive interview for Prison Planet.tv subscribers, Livingston explains how for decades the US government has had the power to both lessen and increase the severity of adverse weather for their own purposes.
Dr. Livingston was assigned in 1966 from the Naval weapons research Laboratory to a marine fighter squadron in Vietnam. Instead of guns, the aircraft under Livingston’s control were fitted with cloud seeding equipment. “My mission was to find clouds and seed them for maximum precipitation value” he stated. Dr. Livingston presents evidence from the Stanford research Institute, who were brought into Project Storm Fury (a weather control program) in the late sixties as a third party, which stated conclusively that knowledge of how to stop hurricanes had been uncovered and that they would be directly liable should a hurricane hit and cause extensive damage and loss of life.
Four decades later and Livingston exposes how the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina could have been greatly minimized but was allowed to fully impact Gulf states for political reasons.
Having personally flown on 265 missions into the eyes of hurricanes, Livingston remarks that he was “disgusted” by the failure to lessen the impact of Katrina. Livingston’s revelations that weather control has been a decades long program in which the US government has been deeply involved are particularly alarming given the abundant modern-day evidence of how chemtrails are being used to warp our environment in a secret geoengineering plot that threatens a myriad of unknown human health and ecological consequences.

I was in nam and seen nothing strange about the weather. the Vietnamese never said anything about it. and how would your father know what happen after the war did he stay there after it ended and that was 75. I was there in 66 when this joker said he was there . how would weather favor one army over another. extending the monsoon and giving me jungle rot up to my knee help us win the war. oh yeah we lost.

Has anyone here seen the video of the weather modification convention, where the speaker says, “it would be easy to alter the weather, all we need to do is spray ALUMINA© products into the atmosphere”. Couple this with the various news reports where the reporters claim that its just “aluminum” strips or powder + the guy how captured some in a jar after a low flyby where they found aluminum, barium, arsenic, etc. in the dust.

I didnt see any unusual readings on the HAARP induction magnetometer when it made landfall so I was under the impression, nothing to see here. Then I read your comment and checked back on the readings and it went off the chart on the 30th and cut down on the am of the first.
Hurricane/Storm Sandy passed yesterday. The majority of this video was regarding hurricane reduction and did not address the obvious potential of hurricane strengthening. After all, his father was friends with LBJ. In the last several hours I’ve found many videos regarding HAARP on YouTube. When I click on them, they do not come up. This is my first time experiencing an obvious topic ban on YouTube as I’ve been able to pull up other videos. This is happening now people!

If it WAS possible…the applications could be used for the good of mankind. I’ve read some of the research on it, and I can accept the possibility of its existence, but…it tends to lose credibility when Alex Jones says anything about it. Not discounting it completely, but the guy has some wild hypotheses that serve to foment fear and paranoia in the masses, though I admit he is, if anything, interesting. 
It’s really hard to respect people’s belief in this, because personally, I think this is batshit crazy, but – as a science fiction writer, it’s got some brilliant concepts that inspire ideas for stories. I don’t know how anyone can seriously listen to Alex Jones (unless you’re a writer). He’s got weird ideas about women (we’re power hungry and trying to emasculate every male so we can take over the world and, I dunno, cover it with one big crocheted blanket?). To each their own. Peace.

It’s known as the big easy down there for a reason. One would think quite the opposite of Katrina. What better place to set something like that off but in a place where a large chunk of the people either live off very little and/or rely on the government for their lives. my father served in Vietnam, hes from vietnam. he said during the war there was unusual weather that turned the favors towards to Us and allies. after the war the strange weather patterns have never returned or re occured

I really wouldn’t mind this type of technology if used for the greater good. In a perfect world, we would know all about it and we would sit around and watch it work it’s wonders. But the secrecy and using it as a weapon just ruins it all. It would be cool if these scientists could be trusted not to demolish this beautiful land of ours and kill innocent people. We need to rise up and start changing this world around. The deceit is just too much in this world. Everyone that tries is killed

@grizzzlyjoe More accurately, the atmosphere was heated to the south of Louisiana in order to give it more convective energy. The Hurricane was initially deflected south, but it then ran into an inexplicibly warm mass of air directly in its path. This caused a massive amount of upper level divergence which deflected the hurricane north again, to do all the damage that we saw.
@grizzzlyjoe “This would, by default, mean that Katrina was deliberately left unmodified even though it posed a profound threat to property, specifically in New Orleans” Perhaps they knew something we average citizens didn’t. That is, Katrina would cause significant damage, which would allow FEMA and other agencies to practice Martial Law and gun confiscations on the citizens of New Orleans for future events elsewhere on United States soil. They probably did some serious math.

Allegedly he earned his master’s degree in cloud physics from the Naval Weapons Center and Navy Post Graduate School in California and that he works with scientists and pilots at Weather Modification Inc., in Fargo, N.D. However Weather Modification Inc’s website doesn’t list him on their “Meet our team” page, nor were their any results when I searched “Livingston” on their site…

it was rumored in the Dayton Ohio area in the70s that this sort of stuff was being done by Wright Patterson to cause snow storms
