HI from Austria. My first feeling when I´ve heard the cryptic words of President Trump about the storm, was, that he is talking about something completely different than the hurricane. It felt like reading Q between the lines. My guess; the storm was initially created by the deep state to have a narrative for at least the next week, which can protect them from telling the truth, which is coming out. Then the white hats took control of the storm and redirected it away from Puerto Rico, the deep state for sure wanted to give millions of dollars again, directed it over the virgin islands – but not to devastate and now to the bahamas to show the Chinese who really has the power……and my guess, they will redirect the hurricane away from the coast in the last minute and to show the world what the deep state wanted to do only to have a news narrative. On the other hand the white hat can use this loss of narrative and come forward with the “real storm” hitting hard. We see tons of chemtrails in the Northwest, I hear how they have control over dark weather machines, but do they?
The port facility is a dredged out area with re-enforced 6-ft wide concrete walls surrounded by re-enforced concrete landing pads and loading areas. I think that no wind speed could cause any damage to that. Maybe some of the unloading crane towers could be wiped out, but as long as the base structure remains undamaged, those can be replaced rather quickly. HAARP was meant to be used more for targeted earthquakes. It turned out though that it may have been able to control the location of the jet stream which could be used to control temperatures and air masses. We’ll see. If Dorian takes a quick veer to the right after hitting the Bahamas, then the jet stream is pushing that high air mass lower to careem the storm back out to sea. Good stuff though. You’d make a great book writer.
