I have. It’s a well laid out hoax. They knew the weather was going to get erratic as Planet X/Nibiru approached the inner solar system and its gravity and magnetic fields started to affect the Earth. It increases the Earth Wobble, causing the Earth to move around under the atmosphere. Result is extreme weather. So early on they put out Global Warming. Then Climate Change. Now Geoengineering and Weather Warfare. This is all cover to give folks something to blame obvious extreme weather on all over the planet. All you have to do is get the Sunrise and Sunset times for your area and compare to what you actually see. Also, the azimuth/direction. You’ll usually find one or all not what they should be.
