“The Lessons Of A Failure”

“Failure” is perceived by many as a bad thing.  They’re defeated, discouraged and detoured by
it.   Unable to move forward, walk around,
nor get up from it.   “Failure” is the poison that has killed many
great inventions, cures for diseases, businesses, ministries, books, CD’s and
dreams… 2013 wasn’t as good of a year as you hoped.  You planned, strategized, created and to some
degree you comprised your vision to meet the “trend” of the world, but no
matter what you did, the interest and support didn’t increase.

It’s now 2014 and you’re lost on which direction you should
go.  You’ve prayed, asked God for
direction, but it feels like He has you on hold. You’re frustrated, confused and
closing shop is on your mind….  Well
before you do that we want to ask you a couple of questions….  Is “failure” an option?  Are you a “quitter” or a “fighter”? 

“Failure” is only
practice for “Success”.  Just because it
didn’t produce the results you desired the first, second or third try, doesn’t
mean you shouldn’t give it another.  Turning
“failures” into “success” can be compared to performing surgery…  You must lay it on the table, cut through the
layers of pride and disappointment, fix the problem by inserting the solution,
close the gap with prayer, perseverance and determination, and allow it time to
produce results “Success”.  Here are a
few things you should ponder…

1.      
Know your audience….  Who are you serving?  What are the needs?

2.      
Stay true to you…  Never change because of the “trend” of the world,
only because of the “need” of your audience.

3.      
Be open to change…  Just because you think it’s what the world
needs, doesn’t mean it’s what the world needs. 
Listen to the hearts of your audience and supply them with their
demands.

4.      
Be creative… Create eye catching, thought
provoking and powerful topics/phrases/ images. 
You must be bigger than the box you’ve placed yourself in.

5.      
Make an “impact” not an “impression”.  “Impressions” are temporary, “Impacts” are
permanent.

6.      
Never give up… 
If God brought you to it, it’s going to carry you through it.

7.      
Use your failures as the syllabus for your
success…  Learn the lessons your failures
are teaching you…

The truth is…  “Failure”
is not an option when you are called for “Success”….
