Here are 8 strange Earth changes that should demand our attention:

1. Environmental collapse: The global environment has been in an exponential rate of degradation for some time. 2. Record tectonic activity: Many earthquake researchers have noted the demonstrable uptick in earthquake frequency and strength, with 2010 hitting record levels. These and all sins have risen up to the tabernacle of the Most High God YHWH and the orders have been given the the trumpets sound. Man kind has forsaken Our Father for the last time on many levels, are stewardship is just one factor in the just punishment being meted out.

Demonstrably misleading and sensational.

1) The first link shows sustained, year-over-year upticks only in the weaker and moderate earthquakes. The stronger earthquakes go up and down over the 19 years listed with no spikes. One has to wonder if the increase only in weaker quakes is the result of A) better equipment and B) increased number of reporting stations. These possibilities should be investigated, not ignored.

2) In the 6.0-6.9 “Strong” row, comparing 2010 to the average of the other 18 years is misleading. 2010 was indeed higher than the average number, but 2011 was also lower than eight other years, and lower than three of the last five years. How is this an “uptick”?

3) In the “Major” and “Great” categories, the numbers are so tiny that measuring changes by percentage is meaningless.

If you look at figures just for the United States, one finds the same pattern mentioned in my three points. But I can guess why the article doesn’t cite those figures, even though the article was posted on a US site: there were only two earthquake deaths in the US in the last 12 years — not sensational enough!
