In honor of today’s holiday, I wanted to share this with you. It invokes the famous Charlton Heston line from the classic film, Soylent Green.

*Spoiler Alert!! (if you didn’t already know this however, I consider you a Philistine)*

In one of my all time favorite cheesy/poignant films from the 1970′s, Soylent Green tells the story of an over-populated future Earth. Charlton Heston plays a detective who finds himself falsely accused of murder. As he eludes the authorities and attempts to clear his name, he ends up finding out a huge Government secret. Soylent Green, one of the mass produced foods that is fed to the populace is actually made out of…..
