these exist for sure. my ex wife father was in the military for 20+ years and he told me the most bizarre stories. a couple pertained to dumbs. How he worked in one in texas and one in south dakota. He wasnt the kind of guy who wouldnt lie about it. Real stand up guy. i think that he just needed to tell someone who would just listen,(considering i was also married to his only daughter). i was too young (23) to understand what he was telling me. 10years later i realized i shouldve asked more questions….
