Would this ancient artificial satellite with a very strange orbit – a mind of it’s own- be evidence of the WATCHERS?

Were they here 13,000 years ago – the ‘gods’ that came to Earth with advanced knowledge? Are they still here, or is this satellite to be activated upon their imminent return?

There is evidence that the Egyptian Pyramids and the Sphinx are more than 10,000 years old.
