Blog del Narco: Person Found Tortured and Executed in Culiacan
One person was found in Culiacan, tortured and executed . Authorities are unable to identify the victim . There was no identification among his belongings. The deceased was naked, with a pair of jeans at his ankles tied with a yellow rope. His wrists were also tied with piece of rope, and on his chest , the murderers had left the mark of a star carved by a knife.
The deceased was lying on his back with arms outstretched to the sides, covered with a black plastic bag on the face. He had been shot three times in the chest.
