I have never believed HAARP was what you thought it was. I don’t believe a bunch of antennas in Alaska can control the weather all over the world. Any evidence I’ve ever seen from clouds in the sky that look weird to radar signatures are all VERY explainable and very common, long before HAARP was ever built even. I will however admit that the comment made by Mr. Walker is pretty fascinating. Not quite specific or detailed enough to explain what he meant by what he said and therefore opening up endless theories of what he meant.

Don’t worry they have others bigger and better than the original.I know what,lets look for them,that will blow their minds.But remember they have all but perfected the art of camoflauge.Lets look in the deserts,on tops of mountains,both poles,on ships,uncharted islands even in space.They don’t think we can find them or they wouldn’t be making such a big deal of dismantling the original.
This original unit became too costly to maintain thus, it was closed down.
