USAF Dismantling HAARP, Admits They Can Control Ionosphere (Video)

Don’t worry they have others bigger and better than the original.I know what,lets look for them,that will blow their minds.But remember they have all but perfected the art of camoflauge.Lets look in the deserts,on tops of mountains,both poles,on ships,uncharted islands even in space.They don’t think we can find them or they wouldn’t be making such a big deal of dismantling the original.

Everyone had their focus so strongly on HAARP that no one ever really looked at the Space Shuttle, or the 150+ trips (180+ payloads) that were sent up over a span of 20+ years. Only 30 or so payloads were ever ‘unclassified’. Most are still highly classified. If you think we don’t use orbital satellites to do EXACTLY what you thought HAARP did, you are blind.

They have now learned to chemtrail, and then HAARP activate the chemtrails to effect a far greater amount of atmosphere cheaper than using high power and no metallic chemtrail. The end result is a lower-powered ‘microwave soup’ that doesn’t kill flocks of birds, or schools of fish, but still dramatically affects the weather just like they have constantly did for years now.

Drought in California? Great political power-play. Almost-wetland in the Mississippi Valley? Help get those barges up to St. Louis. Want people off of meat? Drought Texas until they sell the herds. Need to scare the people about how unmanageable the weather ‘really is’, send a few F5′s down Tornado Alley. Trouble with the construction or housing market? SEND A LOT of F5 Tornadoes down the Tornado Alley. Election turnout problems? give good weather in high urban density areas, and rain in predominantly old, conservative areas.

They are playing god, they have it down to solid science now, and this is their admission. If you don’t believe it, just watch radar sometime and look for the signatures for electronic effects. Why, playing with controlling the weather is almost as good as being god – it’s beneficial, a controller, and most importantly, a powerful political weapon to boot.

Now, stop and ask yourself one question – WHO’S REALLY GOT CONTROL OF IT TO USE IT AS THEY SEE FIT? That’s the REAL question you should be worried about. Obviously, no one is.
