As an American, I was raised to salute our flag; sing God Bless America and look up to our heroes. Remember John, Gary and Charles? We were a tougher nation back in the day. A land of people that made everything in the USA; today we buy cheap junk from far away. Some may remember when working for a corporation in America was a good thing, they had Integrity; they had your back. Today Corporations have turned their backs on American’s and sold us out for pennies on the dollar. Life wasn’t always easy but our parents taught us right from wrong, and we remember, we took pride in ourselves, and if we failed we failed with our boots on.
Now we are losing our heroes of old, and failing our heroes of today. Our moral compass has gone away. 4%-10% of our population is LGBT and it has always been this way. Before the sexual revolution of the 1960s, there was no common non-derogatory vocabulary for non-heterosexuality. Yet, we mostly got along, without a wall. Today, a few people think we all need to be LGBT or you are a bigot; sorry I watched Archie today. Why is the government trying to force us to be gay without borders? What happened to the tough Guys from our day? Where are Chuck, Clint and Stone? We need you to stand up and say NO MORE!!! Is Trump the only Rocky left in the US of A?
Sorry to offend anyone, but I miss Honor, Morals, National Pride, and a little bit of grit. I want our leaders to be the best in the world; and our military to be the toughest, they deserves all the support, honor, and gratitude we can give them. I pray that we never have to send our soldiers to war and as an American I pray that 99% of the People of these United States will stand together and salute our service men and women everywhere, you are not forgotten on this Memorial Day. You live in our hearts and in our thoughts. You are my heroes each and Every Day.
