Freddie is delightful in his demeanor thanks. But I would add that in order to understand history, we need to recognize the origins of creation and the God that is not held captive to His creation. Yahwey makes Himself known throughout the historical record and actually becomes the One that we should be seeking to explore due to His Infinite nature and character. Sure, creation teases us with its many trinkets but it is only in Christ that we get to hold creation in right perspective.
