FBI "Mishandling" Information Brought Out in Bundy/P3's Pretrial Hearing - Ryan Bundy Out of Solitary Finally!

In today’s court hearing held in Portland, Oregon, regarding the Malheur Refuge so called “stand off”, it was brought out that the FBI and the Prosecution mishandled information retrieved from Facebook accounts of defendants in the case. Court observer Sarah Redd-Buck posted on FB during a recess in proceedings, “Morning pretrial hearing was pretty awesome! I think we officially caught the FBI And Prosecution in yet even more lies and corruption. We might even be waking up Miss Judge Anna Brown. She said she was surprised at the inaccurate information the prosecution has given and surprised at their Inability to explain exactly how their and the FBIs “mishandling” of information happened. I wonder how many lies and mistruths will come out on their part by the time we are done with all of this. It was a pretty good feeling to see FBI and US Attorney employees take the witness stand and be cross examined, fidgety, stumbling over words, and contradicting themselves, trying to explain how and why orders were not followed. It was a good feeling because truth is slowly being exposed. A foundation built on lies and deceit WILL NOT stand the test of time. It will eventually begin to crumble. Today we witnessed some more crumbling take place. Headed back into court. I will give more details after when I have more time. Pray that the judge will allow Attorney Roots onto Ryan’s legal team. He is pretty amazing.” Redd-Buck is referring to Ryan Bundy’s request today that Roger Roots be approved to be a volunteer paralegal working without compensation for Ryan Bundy who is currently a pro se defendant. Judge Brown approved Ryan’s request.

The good news is Ryan Bundy appeared today in a blue jumpsuit which his standby lawyer Lisa Ludwig says means he is now out of solitary confinement. FINALLY!
