A Russian Envoy has been shot and killed in a gun attack in the Turkish capitol of Ankara. This has been deemed a terrorist act by the Russian Foreign Ministry. The issue will be addressed later today at the United Nations.
It is unclear as to the fate of the gunman.
CNN reports…..
In a video circulating on social media that shows the shooting of the ambassador, the gunman is heard shouting, “Allahu akbar (God is great). Do not forget Aleppo! Do not forget Syria! Do not forget Aleppo! Do not forget Syria!”
“Get back! Get back!” the man can be heard shouting in Turkish as he waves a gun.
“Only death will remove me from here. Everyone who has taken part in this oppression will one by one pay for it,” he said.

I appreciate that we are being led to believe this was acting out against the bombardment of Aleppo, Syria, we should consider just who else may be to blame for this assassination.
Is it as we are being told, or could it be that some other country have an axe to grind with Russia.
In recent days Obama has said that there are action that the USA can take, some obvious, some not. Did we just see one of the not-so-obvious means of retaliation?
