What is the Truth? Pay Very Close Attention – The Truth Will Make You Free (Video)

We are going to go through some logical thought processes to determine what actually is the truth.

DEFINITION OF TRUTH

Before we begin, we ask the audience: Is it possible for something to be true if it is not 100% true? . . .

By definition, what is truth?

Truth – that which is true in accordance with fact or reality.

What is reality?

Reality – the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them.

REAL WORLD EXAMPLE

Now let’s view an example of the truth.

This is an image of the Virgin.  Is that the truth?

The Bible tells us in Isaiah 29: 15-16 “Those who try to hide their plans from the Lord are doomed!  They carry out their schemes in secret and think no one will see them or know what they are doing.  They turn everything upside down.” 

By applying what we learned from the Bible in Isaiah 29: 15-16, we understand that people are hiding their plans from the Lord upside down from us.  If we simply rotate this image upside down, we can see what they have hidden from us. 

The Virgin is really a DEAD SHEEP!

Now you have seen the absolute truth.  Because, if you never knew that the Virgin really is a dead sheep when it is turned upside-down, you only saw part of what is reality. 

Once again, reality is the world or the state of things as they actually exist.  Therefore, if there is actually a dead sheep made by the Virgin when simply rotating it upside-down, and you were unaware of this, you were not seeing absolute reality or absolute truth. 

Why is it a dead sheep? 

Jesus said in John 10:

27  My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 

28  And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 

29  My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. 

30  I and my Father are one. 

Praying to Jesus Christ, our Father, gives us life.  Praying to an idol such as the Virgin Mary results in death.

Just for your appeasement, here is another image of the Virgin Mary making a dead sheep.

THE TRUTH – ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE

Jesus said in John 8:32  “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”

The word ‘truth‘ is the Greek word G225 ἀλήθεια alētheia.  The origin of the word ἀλήθεια alētheia is from G227 ἀληθής alēthēs which means true (as not concealing). 

The truth has been concealed from us exactly as the image of the dead sheep in the Virgin Mary was concealed from us! 

The root of the word G227 ἀληθής alēthēs is G2990 which means to lie hid, unwittingly, be hid, be ignorant of, unawares. 

The dead sheep was hidden, you were unaware of it in the image of the Virgin Mary!  Only by turning the image upside down did we reveal the truth that was concealed from us! 

The Bible explains to us that the only way to see the truth that has been concealed from us is to turn it upside down!

THE KEYS TO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN

In fact, St. Peter was given the keys to the kingdom of heaven by Jesus in Matthew 16:19 and to exemplify this he was crucified upside-down! 

Matthew 16:18-19 ”And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 

And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”
