Or that we should even care about? It goes into the hands of dicktators who will give NOTHING back to the people or very little. Many Congogressmen should be HANGED over this.
They steal some of it for themselves (Congogress), they throw away your tax money like candy to their pet projects or fiends and it’s about time some or ALL of that is returned to the American people who will keep the MONEY here at home and spend it.
