Washington State: Residents Who Refuse COVID Test to Be Placed Under House Arrest

As many states in America struggle to unwind its highly damaging lockdown policy, various complex technocratic ‘gating’ systems are now being devised by public health officials – designed to prevent a theoretical “second wave” of coronavirus infections and deaths. Chief among these is the call for “mass testing and contact tracing” for COVID-19. This is being proposed as a requirement for the lifting lockdown restrictions, supposedly until a vaccine or effective treatments arrive to rescue the public from the allegedly unprecedented global pandemic. However, few Americans are really questioning what this new medical martial law will entail in terms of basic rights and civil liberties. Some disturbing signals are coming out now. 

During a recent press conference on May 12th, Washington State Governor Jay Inslee revealed his radical agenda for rolling out his statewide contact tracing program, saying that his initiative “is robust, it is vigorous and it is comprehensive, and it needs to be all three to be successful,” Inslee said. “If we do not succeed in this second stage of our efforts, this virus could come bright back and bite us.”

Inslee’s aggressive approach medical surveillance is similar to that of California governor Gavin Newsom’s 20,000 strong “Army of Contact Tracers“, and also echos calls by Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, who is advocating for large-scale contact tracing as a condition ‘a return to normalcy’.

How practical or necessary a mass contact tracing regime would be in order to contain a respiratory virus in its late stages – remains highly debatable:

“At the very beginning of a pandemic, the best way to stop it is to track down all the contacts of the initial, indicator cases,” said Dr. Bettina Fries, chief of the infectious diseases division at Stony Brook Medicine. “That approach doesn’t work anymore when the genie is out of the bottle and when you have widespread community-based transmission. Then you would put too many resources to trace contacts. By the time you have your contact, that contact has already generated many more contacts.”

At the press conference, Washington State health officials unveiled their medical surveillance master plan, the ‘Contact Tracing Box,’ which very much mirrors system which has already been rolled out in countries like China:

Things took a very dark turn when a reporter asked the governor the following question:

“When it comes to contact tracing, how are you guys going to handle people or families who want to refuse to test or to self isolate? […] If they want to leave their home to get groceries I know you’ve said they can’t do that; how will you make sure they don’t?“

To this point Governor Inslee responded:

“We will have attached to the families a family support person who will check in with them to see what they need on a daily basis… and help them. If they can’t get a friend to do their grocery shopping, we will help get them groceries in some fashion. If they need pharmaceuticals to be picked up, we will make sure they get their pharmaceuticals… That’s going to help encourage them to maintain their isolation too.

“As far as refusal, it just shouldn’t come to that, and it really hasn’t. We’ve had really good success when we ask people to isolate, and they’ve done so in really high percentages, so we’re happy about that, and we believe that will continue.”

The implications of this statement are clear: if you refuse the State’s COVID test, then you will be placed under indefinite house arrest, and be assigned a State Minder to who will effectively be acting as a personal prison guard.

This unprecedented level of medical surveillance and authoritarianism raises the specter of whether the State will use these very same draconian measures to force its citizens to accept a mandated vaccine for COVID-19.

Investigative journalist John Rappaport explains how deeply enmeshed Governor Inslee is with the Gates Foundation global vaccine network and why this issue may be coming quickly over the horizon:

“The first thing to know about Governor Jay Inslee: under President Bill Clinton, he served as a regional director for the US Dept. of Health and Human Services. HHS is in charge of the CDC. Inslee is, therefore, actually a PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIAL. That means, as governor of WA, he’s already on the team of Fauci and Birx clones who have staged state coups and are usurping and destroying human rights, including the right to make a living. When Inslee ran for a seat in the US Congress, in 2009-10, among his largest campaign donors were pharma companies. Then there is Inslee’s connection to Bill Gates, the dark prince of lockdowns, the man who wants to keep the global population in chains until his COVID vaccine arrives. A clinical trial of a COVID vaccine has begun in Seattle.

This March, Inslee signed a bill into law, giving Gates’ pet project, charter schools, state-aid money. Apparently, Bill himself is short on cash. Dr. Mary Alice Heuschel, a Gates Foundation deputy director, was formerly chief of staff for Inslee.”

The problem with this is that Bill Gates has already announced publicly the many US states should remain in lockdown “until we have a vaccine that we’ve gotten out to basically the entire world.”

If state governors are no longer independent and taking instructions from federal health official and NGOs like the Gates Foundation, while seized unprecedented dictatorial powers over their citizenry, then where can the electorate go for redress of grievances?
