Lockdown measurements were put back in place in Australia’s second-largest city on Tuesday, containing Melbourne citizens to their homes as officials scramble to further contain the “coronavirus outbreak”. Starting midnight on Wednesday, all residents in Melbourne will be required by law to remain home, unless they’re traveling to work, studying, shopping for food or attending medical appointments.
