At about a 30 minute mark Nino tries to reign him in again… Here’s the gist…… The real estate market will cool in the next 3-6 months, appraisers will be told to cool off appraisals, interest rates will be raised. Nana is a Realtor in TN and I can tell you that the market has slowed down a bit and appraisers have not been kind lately. I can smell the market recoiling. Now having said that we in TN have enjoyed the influx of ppl moving here to get out of Dem states and that will most likely continue for a while if the rates dont climb too high.
