The first 30 minutes he went off on a tangent and I tuned out because I was working. At about a 30 minute mark Nino tries to reign him in again… Here’s the gist…… The real estate market will cool in the next 3-6 months, appraisers will be told to cool off appraisals, interest rates will be raised. The primaries are important because they will try to get RINOs in, so support legitimate candidates now. According to Juan we aren’t in the storm yet. There you go……. Nana is a Realtor in TN and I can tell you that the market has slowed down a bit and appraisers have not been kind lately. I can smell the market recoiling. Now having said that we in TN have enjoyed the influx of ppl moving here to get out of Dem states and that will most likely continue for a while if the rates dont climb too high.
