The Uvalde Texas school shooter Salvador Ramos was an INCEL aka someone who is “involuntarily celibate” who was already known to police and who had been making violent threats against women online. Police were already aware of Ramos after being called over disputes with his family and the Uvalde police had an active AI program designed to detect this kind of online activity.
Despite knowing what they did and having the tools they have the Uvalde Texas Police made the decision to stand down while also ordering other agents of the state to do the same and stand down while the active shooter was still inside where kids were calling 911 from their deceased teachers phone.

Honestly I was a very good good rifle marksmen self taught and little practice. When I got a Pistol I read a book on shooting and learned Isoslies and Weaver. Was making 100 yard 89and 10s in the weaver stance with a scope and 7″ barrell. Practice tge squeeze while watch TV etc. helps develop that motion. Dry firiring is very good as you can see when and where the movement comes from. I had neither time or money to expend ammo like crazyb but when I joined a range I out shot every cop that challenged me and a few you practiced must more that were not cops. I remeber a Doctor set up beside me one day with2 like 14 gallon bins of mags and two 45′s he had had tricked out and had exactly the same trigger pull. He fired like crazy emptying clip after clip and he barely hit a target. I did learn the Combat stance from an older Cop friend of mine and like it as if you learn it and take one step with your left foot toward the target when you bring your weapon up you already be on target.
