Former Democrat presidential candidate and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told MSNBC viewers that Americans who are engaged in pro-Trump “propaganda” should be jailed as a deterrent to silence others.
Continuing to push false claims of Russian collusion in the 2016 election, Clinton said, “I also think there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda. And, whether they should be civilly or even in some cases criminally charged, is something that would be a better deterrent…”
The irony of the anti-free speech statement was noted by thousands of people online as Clinton’s Russiagate lies equated to one of the most devastating examples of intentional disinformation in U.S. history.
