My grandma, whom my middle name is named after (Jaxine) that wrote a huge book with several researchers
(which I gave to the mormons, per a dream I had, years beforehand.)
On Maxwell family history- was a huge book collector.

She had a very large media library.
She loved baking, taught me to decorate sugar cookies too.

was very interested in folklore, &
especially Disney & German Fairytales.

Disney movies originally were essentially German stories, but have since of course, been reworked to included diversity of Americans,
and for good reasons.

My grandma taught me how to bead and draw, painting and she would read to me fairytales every night.
She lived on a ranch, where we had cows, chickens, horses… in Lincoln, CA.

She had every Disney movie on VHS & she treated them each like gold and I rewatched them several times.

Reason I say this is because Disney has inspired me artistically & spiritually on many levels.

The classics, which I watched mostly;

Bambi
Cinderella
Hansel & Gretel
Pocahontas
Lion King
Little Red Riding Hood
Rapunzel
Sleeping Beauty
Snow White
The Little Mermaid

& she kept them next to a huge lion blanket, which covered the whole living room wall, near a fireplace.

She also loved the Narnia series and I reread and rewatched everything!
Narnia is a Christian fairytale series.

Her favorite tv shows were Xena Warrior Princess, Walker Texas Ranger & the painting shows…k

& ya I also got to work for their company on a ghost show.
The paycheck I received even had mickey mouse on it!
All this has inspired my love for Disney & Fairytales, etc

I love gothic culture & its embedded in my history, personally.

Disney has an amazing sountrack taste as well, which I love the music just as much.
