New Laws Being Imposed Upon The American Citizens Without Their Voices or Votes

I was shocked when I opened my computer this morning to read in the Huffington Post the headlines reading this.

As I continued reading this article it was clear that all my fears were coming true of how our government is moving towards taking away every constitutional right we the American people have.

There doing this quite quietly with disguising their voices using words to confuse most people that will think this is to protect us when in fact it goes against all of what Democracy stands for.

As In Michigan Republican lawmakers appointed emergency managers retain their power in local communities which take away the peoples voices vote make them all invalid. All people in the state of Michigan would be unable to elect their own representatives, but voters state-wide would be prevented from using the initiative process to best reflect their own views and judgments.”

During President Truman administration back in February 1950 Senator Joe McCarthy of Wisconsin led Americans to coin the term, “McCarthyism.” McCarthy constantly claimed that he had uncovered Communist agents or so he wanted people to believe this. It was their way of controlling/destroying people’s lives of which they felt were a problem to the way of how government should be run.

Which brings us to present with the OWS movement by the people, who are trying to end government corruption being controlled by the 1% which is the wealthiest of our country that have been basically in charge of putting our politicians in political office and pushing their own agenda of laws or deregulation of laws into law.

Little by little the American people are losing their rights as our voting laws have now been changed to how a person show’s an ID of proof to vote. Again laws put into effect by politicians that were of wealth for their special interest not of the people.

Now since 9/11 also we have the Patriot Act again treating the American people as the criminal as if we blew up our own country. I have my own thoughts on this topic of what happen that day but it’s not that we the people are responsible for this horrific act. In fact our government was warned many times of this crime before it came to pass without taking steps of pre cautionary measure to warn the American people. One would find that very suspicious strange at best.

So now we have this new law signed in January 1 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) our lawmakers would have the American people believe it’s for the safety of our own best interest. When in fact it’s not about terrorism or immigrants crossing our boarders this is in case we the people get out of line or try to make change of the government as in a protest against the new laws that are being sneaked in without our voice or votes. As in the McCarthy Hearing we will be detained without representation of our constitutional rights any longer. These laws that our government politicians are putting in place are to stop our voices silence us of have a say in anything that would go against what the wealth or politicians would prefer.

The main object of this new laws is to be against any person who would create a rumpus or noise that disagrees with their theme of things in what would be called a camp of sorts as back in World War 2 in Germany and or in Gitmo be detained forever or until we die from neglect without medical proper food caring. For we would be considers a nuisance to our government (communistic thoughts according to them) for disagreeing with their special interest to control silence our voices this is what I’d call a radical move on the governments part.

We the people need to stop this before it becomes worse and all our rights are gone. Occupy Wall Street is a great plan but now needs more direction with a list of demands spelled out with more of an organized list of people in charged.

To start we should have printed newsletters going out to every American to sign make list of their own demands, have meeting places each and every day with many people surrounding occupying government buildings. If we the American people don’t become more efficient we will lose the fight against the corruption that is being done unto the Americans in this country.

If all Americans no mater your political stand want to continue to have your constitutional rights we’ve better band together as one united become the next new political voice to keep our freedom not be DETAINED INDEFINITELY for reason un be known to us.

Occupy Wall Street needs now become the loudest group in our history let’s make loud noises bring in this New Year with the biggest BANG. Send out newsletter via internet and zip codes by mail wake up every human American to stand United in this fight for our voices freedom without being detained indefinitely by a political field.
