Healthcare A Choice Or A Mandate What Part Is Or Isn’t Unconstitutional

In my opinion what is going on with our healthcare bill in the Supreme Court system is a joke.

First we need healthcare from the time we come into this world and yes upon conception of fertilizing a women’s egg, which would be called per-natal care for the mother and unborn child.

Because of the Republican Party jumping up and down over this bill we now have the supreme court deciding if it is unconstitutional or not. It’s quite clear that the Republicans were in favor of this before President Obama put forth this healthcare bill.

Healthcare isn’t unconstitutional what we need to be focusing on is the medical insurance companies including the drug companies, since the lobbyist are pushing the prices of our care up in these topics.

This would be unconstitutional the fraud exuberant monthly fees that they charged making it impossible for any person to retain medical insurance.

So now the big question is should this mandate be removed for the bill as it stands now and replace it with Medicare for all people without healthcare insurance?

I was never for this mandate honestly since it would be a penalty for any one without this healthcare insurance as a tax of sorts.

We know also that the Gop are trying to appeal this bill with every campaign speech they give, this now to them looks as a victory if this bill gets thrown out by the Supreme Court, knowing it is helping low-income families and yes keeping their children on their medical insurance longer.

If this bill were to be undone struck down by the supreme court after being passed by congress and the senate it would be the first time in 76 years according to what I’ve read.

The Republican Party seems to have qualms in beating up women stripping them of their rights to control their own bodies and now with of course not giving a dam about healthcare for the people in need.

This is becoming very troubling that because of this mandate this healthcare bill could be wiped out after it’s the healthcare bill since the 60’s that has been put into place in order for people without medical insurance to retain medical help that would be affordable.

According to this healthcare bill all people would be covered under some sort of medical insurance and if Justices Scalia chops of the public sector of this healthcare bill it would be war on the poor once again or to me just away to continue their discrimination against people in need of a safety net.

Mit Romney would say that if you don’t have medical insurance and become ill then you can’t expect to acquire it at the time it would be considered pre-existing. So I’m guessing that Mittens truly doesn’t care of people who would become ill even if at birth having some type of health issue that might need dealing with from the medical field.

In fact Ron Paul would let you die if without any medical insurance, Rick Santorum who has a child born with special medical needs from her 1^st breath, you would think he would at least stand up for others needing medical insurance and let’s not forget they all claim to be pro-life.

So I’m assuming pro-life for only people like themselves not all people but just the 1% of few who they choose.

Well how do you describe pre-existing in anyone when were born with problems at birth so would you not give a child a second old medical insurance or healthcare? And let’s not forget that it was Romney who put this same healthcare bill thru in his own state as Governor.

Justice Scalia has made it clear that he wasn’t buying any argument that had to make people buy any type of medical insurance knowing it is his wife who has her own group of Evangelical that goes against everything of what is needed for people in a lower in-come.

This now is an oral argument going as a game of sorts deciding on healthcare for all people to be unconstitutional or not.

What’s going to happen to this affordable care act bill well they might uphold the mandate which means we all will have medical and or if not be penalized, then vote to uphold the rest of the ACA, but not the individual citizens despite the fact without this mandate the pre-existing part of the bill doesn’t work.

Furthermore with this war on women how can we push thru a healthcare mandate when it would not cover our needs as women in the medical field /drugs prescribed needed. Who’s to say whether this bill will cover birth control mammograms ETC.?

Why would it be that we need our employer to decide what type of medical care women needs for her own self?

What gives these men the right or control to vote on what is in the best interest for women her own body, knowing we have been down this road long ago with Roe vs Wade. This would be a good reason for more women to become more involved in a political arena step up to the plate protecting women’s healthcare issues.

It’s time to focus on the medical insurance companies the drug companies not whether or not healthcare is unconstitutional since we know it is constitutional what isn’t constitutional is the extreme fee’s put upon an individual for healthcare the havoc they have to go through to get any type of minimum insurance that might be somewhat affordable.

Then of course the pharmaceutical drug companies with their cost put upon a person would to me be ripping off anyone who is in need of a medication since there pricing of script of any type are extremely exuberant.

My question would be why the politicians haven’t brought up the subject of this problem with people being ripped off by the insurance companies knowing of course they don’t truly care of this because it helps them with the lobbyist /bonuses /portfolios in the end result with all the kickbacks they receive.

So is healthcare unconstitutional my answer would be no but what our medical insurance /drug companies are getting away with is definitely unconstitutional and committing a crime stealing with laws on their side to take money from the people in need of this insurance.

while listening to this I thought it would make this bill more clearer more understandable, but with my own experiences with the healthcare departments having to drop my own secondary because of the exuberant monthly fee and not being 65years of age yet I’m not allowed a lesser premium even if your a disabled person.
