About Patti Nemeth – Patti Nemeth, M.D., Ph. D., is a retired physician, medical researcher and educator. She received her Ph. D. from UCLA Medical School. She served on the faculty of Washington University School of Medicine in Saint Louis, where she taught human anatomy and established a laboratory for biochemical research on muscle energy metabolism, funded by the National Institutes of Health. She received an M.D. from Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, followed by a neurology residency and a fellowship in neuromuscular diseases, practicing neurology at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Saint Louis.
