Cooper & Company, an independent, full-service investment bank, headquartered in Irvine, California, announced today Philip O. Fatta joined the firm as a Managing Director – Private Client Group in its Melville, New York office.  Mr. Fatta will be responsible for the recruitment, training and sales supervision of the firm’s recently opened Melville Office.

In addition, joining the firm along with Mr. Fatta will be, Michael Rogers who will also be joining the firm’s Private Client Group, in the Melville Office.
