MOSCOW, Russia – Edward Snowden, the hacker who gained access to every secret corner of the Internet during his tenure at the NSA, has come forward with details of a classified project to alter the world’s climate. The shocking truth, as he says, is that chemtrails are part of a benevolent program aimed at countering global warming. By cooperating in secret with jet fuel manufacturers, government agents have carefully kept the massive chemtrail efforts completely under wraps. Snowden added, “I am only revealing this program because there is no oversight in the scientific community, no public discussion, and little concern for the side-effects which are well known only to a few privileged people interested in continuing the decades-long chemtrail program in secret.”

This story says that the fuel companies help it be covert. As in , Holding tanks and delivery methods. You can not see the tankers on the inside. Or the inside of the fuel holding cells. In the late 1800′s a man patented a device for taking the Hydrogen sulfate out of our atmosphere. So they knew that the problem chemical being released clear back then. The device administered aluminum oxide.
The Hydrogen sulfate is not discussed openly by the government because of the effects on the human body. It acts as a neuro toxin causing animal like zombie behavior. Like in the areas close to where the water burns or the gulf coast. The oil spill released the hydrogen at the bottom of the gulf. It warmed it up. The hydrogen looks like a brown on the horizon. It is heavier than air. Right now in the middle of our country the horizon always looks hazy white. This is because of the aluminum . When winter backed off in march you could see the brown cloud. They can not administer the aluminum in the winter.
Aluminum oxide also reacts with a bacteria in our atmosphere. The bacteria is what the water molecules gather around. The bacteria causes the water to freeze instantly. When the aluminum surrounds the bacteria the water will not freeze and fall.
Clean water does not freeze at 32 degrees. In fact at 25 degrees you will still see liquid water if it is pure. As soon as the bacteria touches it, You get instant freeze. This is what causes the “snowflake” to gain weight and fall to earth. As it gets closer is thaws and becomes ma rain drop.
