But also watched a video that was saying the citizens of Wuhan had been campaigning for better air quality, their town’s government was trying to implement an incinerator for the city, but the citizens were complaining about the existing clouds of smog they were enduring so months before this outbreak there had been protests for CLEANER AIR!
