Olimpiada Naţională de Religie Catolică

Etapa naţională a Olimpiadei de Religie Catolică s-a desfăşurat la Cluj-Napoca, în perioada 2-4 aprilie 2012. În organizarea competiţiei şcolare au colaborat: Instituţia Prefectului Judeţului Cluj, Consiliul Judeţean Cluj, Primăria şi Consiliul Local al Municipiului Cluj-Napoca, Episcopia Greco-Catolică de Cluj-Gherla, Colegiul de Comunicaţii “Augustin Maior” şi Liceul Greco-Catolic “I. Micu”. Şi-au testat cunoştinţele în domeniul religiei 87 elevi din 18 judeţe ale ţării, participanţi la această competiţie. Gazda evenimentului a fost Colegiul Tehnic de Telecomunicaţii “Augustin Maior” din Cluj.

Festivitatea de deschidere a avut loc luni, 2 aprilie, în Aula “Cardinal Iuliu Hossu” din Catedrala în construcţie din Piaţa Cipariu, în prezenţa PS Florentin Crihălmeanu, Episcop de Cluj-Gherla, şi a reprezentanţilor Inspectoratului Şcolar: inspector şcolar general Anca Cristina Hodorogea, inspector şcolar general adjunct Marinela Marc, inspector şcolar de specialitate pr. prof. drd. Liviu Vidican Manci, pr. Ion Riba – vicepreşedintele comisiei centrale a olimpiadei. Cu acest prilej a avut loc şi un program artistic animat de tinerii din ASTRU-Cluj şi susţinut de copii şi tineri invitaţi de organizatori, care prin talentul lor artistic au destins atmosfera, încurajându-i pe participanţii la olimpiadă.

Elevii calificaţi la etapa naţională au participat marţi, 3 aprilie, de la ora 7, la Sfânta Liturghie, după care au susţinut proba scrisă pentru disciplina Religie Romano-Catolică şi Greco-Catolică. A urmat un tur al oraşului, cu vizitarea unor obiective culturale şi religioase reprezentative pentru Cluj-Napoca. Afişarea rezultatelor s-a făcut miercuri, 4 aprilie 2012, premierea olimpicilor fiind organizată în Aula “Cardinal Iuliu Hossu” din Piaţa Cipariu. Au primit premii şi doi elevi din Cluj-Napoca: Andrei Boilă, clasa a IX-a la Liceul de muzică “Sigismund Toduţă”, şi Cristina Maria Tuşa, clasa a XI-a la Liceul Teoretic “Nicolae Bălcescu”. Între premianţi au fost elevi din Bacău, Baia-Mare, Zalău, Oradea, Şimleu-Silvaniei, Săbăoani, Satu-Mare, Suceava, Bucureşti, Oneşti, Rădăuţi, Galaţi.
