ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ/ΝΙΚΟΣ ΜΑΓΓΙΝΑΣ

Σήμερα, 22 Οκτωβρίου 2016, ο Οικουμενικός Πατριάρχης Βαρθολομαίος εόρτασε την επέτειο της 25ης εκλογής του στον Οικουμενικό Θρόνο, χοροστατών στην Θεία Λειτουργία που τελέστηκε στον Πατριαρχικό Ναό του Αγίου Γεωργίου στο Φανάρι, «εν συγχοροστασία μετά της εν τη Πόλει σεβασμίας Ιεραρχίας και των εκ του εξωτερικού προσελθόντων αγίων Αρχιερέων».

Ο υφυπουργός Εξωτερικών Γιάννης Αμανατίδης εκπροσώπησε την κυβέρνηση της Ελλάδας και επέδωσε ευχετήρια επιστολή του πρωθυπουργού Αλέξη Τσίπρα στον Οικουμενικό Πατριάρχη.

Μετά το πέρας της Θείας Λειτουργίας ο κ. Αμανατίδης δήλωσε στο ΑΠΕ-ΜΠΕ: «Ο Πατριάρχης Βαρθολομαίος συμπληρώνει 25 έτη φωτισμένης διακονίας ως προκαθήμενος των Ορθοδόξων σε όλη την Οικουμένη. Επίτευγμα αυτής της λαμπρής του πορείας υπήρξε η Αγία και Μεγάλη Σύνοδος στην Κρήτη, η οποία μετέφερε το μήνυμα της Ορθοδοξίας στον σύγχρονο κόσμο. Ο Παναγιώτατος με την ποιμαντική και ανθρωπιστική του δράση εκφράζει την μακραίωνη παράδοση της πίστης και του Γένους με τρόπο που την κάνει όντως Οικουμενική. Του εύχομαι υγεία και δύναμη προκειμένου να προσφέρει πολλά ακόμα στην Ορθοδοξία και τον Ελληνισμό».

Η ΝΔ εκπροσωπήθηκε από τον αντιπρόεδρο του κόμματος Άδωνι Γεωργιάδη.
