The Two Witnesses are Elijah and The Daughter of Zion - Part One

The Two Witnesses are Elijah and The Daughter of Zion

This teaching will likely take two parts. In part one I will discuss Elijah the Prophet. I am qualified to teach on this subject because I have been trained one on one with the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit for the last thirty-eight years. I have devoted my whole life to serving God and with an online ministry since the 1980’s, before the internet. We exchanged message packets via modems over phone lines on Bulletin Board Systems, internationally. It has been since 2002 that I have focused on the specific subject concerning the Two Witnesses.

I am using the Bible to confirm my assertion that the Two Witnesses are Elijah the Prophet and the Daughter of Zion. Let’s begin by looking at who the Bible says the two witnesses are.

These two sections confirm one another that we are dealing with two souls who have stood before God since at least the time of Zechariah. They are both full of the anointing of God, which explains the mighty powers they have in Revelation Chapter 11. These two people are extraordinary. They will perform miracles more mighty than Jesus did because we have the Holy Spirit now. They will prophesy which means to speak for God, speak God’s Heart, and foretell future events.
Mat 17:11 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.

The two witnesses will reveal much truth to the world’s peoples which will purify them and restore truth to the world.

Let us study Elijah now and I want to show you how he represents God the Father, in the flesh.

The first time Elijah is mentioned in the Bible is in 1Kings 17:1 And Elijah…..

Imagine my shock when I looked and discovered that Elijah came out of
nowhere. There is no genealogy as in “son of so and so”. The JFB
Commentary says in part:

“Elijah the Tishbite –This prophet is introduced as abruptly as
Melchisedek–his birth, parents, and call to the prophetic office
being alike unrecorded. He is supposed to be called the Tishbite from
Tisbeh, a place east of Jordan.”

Let’s look at Elijah’s name in the Strong’s Concordance.

‘êlı̂yâh

H452
From H410 and H3050; God of Jehovah;

H410
Shortened from H352; strength; as adjective mighty; especially the
Almighty (but used also of any deity): – God (god)

H3050
Contracted for H3068, and meaning the same; Jah, the sacred name: -
Jah, the Lord, most vehement. Cp. names in “-iah,” “-jah.”

So the name Elijah means the God of Jehovah. Or maybe Jehovah’s God in the form of a Man? Or Strength of God. Somehow this man Elijah stands for God, in the office of Prophet.

The “before whom I stand” could be translated “whose face I confirm”.

BEFORE
H6440
Plural (but always used as a singular) of an unused noun …… the
Face (as the part that turns);

Translated as “face” 321 times in the Bible.

WHOM
H834
A primitive relative pronoun (of every gender and number); who, which, what, that; also (as adverb and conjunction) when, where, how, because, in order that, etc.

STAND
H5975
A primitive root; to stand, in various relations (literally and figuratively, intransitively and transitively): – abide (behind), appoint, arise, cease, confirm, continue, dwell, be employed, endure, establish, leave, make, ordain….

It is not a stretch to say that Elijah establishes the Face of God. The words spell out “face which establish”. If you take the translators’ “before” then even that rendering confirms that Elijah is one of the two that stands before God.

I will not quote whole sections of the Bible where Elijah is mentioned. We need to research every mention of Elijah and we can do so with the online Bible called E-Sword, which is free. There are some verses which I will bring to our attention to help us understand who Elijah is.

Elijah appears before Ahab the king and says in part “… there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word.” Notice that Elijah must be an important person to come to the king to make such a declaration and to proclaim that there will be no rain until Elijah speaks the word. We see here that Elijah speaks as God. In the next verse we see also that Elijah obeys the word of God Who comes to Elijah with instructions.

When we obey God, He provides for us. Elijah is fed by ravens and by the widow woman who finally accepts Elijah’s word as God’s truth in his mouth, when Elijah raises her son from the dead. The woman knew that Elijah was a man of God when he first asked her for a vessel of water and a morsel of bread; she says, “As the LORD thy God liveth.” The anointing of God that rested on Elijah was very strong, as indicated by his putting her dead son on his own bed three times.

Later we see Ahab’s governor of his house, Obadiah, fall on his face before Elijah giving strong reverence to Elijah’s presence. Obadiah knows that, “And it shall come to pass, as soon as I am gone from thee, that the Spirit of the LORD shall carry thee whither I know not…” Elijah was able to travel by the spirit like Philip did in the book of Acts.

Next Elijah confronts the false prophets of Baal in front of all the people of Israel. Elijah calls on God who then shows a tremendous display of power, raining down fire onto the altar which consumes everything, even the stones. Elijah says, “LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word.” Here Elijah asks God to confirm Himself, and confirm Elijah before the people. Notice also in that section that God put His hand upon Elijah and Elijah was then able to run faster than a chariot.

For the first time, at the threat of Jezebel, we see Elijah travel without the Word of the Lord coming to him first with instructions. While sitting under a tree, Elijah says that it is “enough” or “exceedingly full”. Elijah asks God to take away his soul because he is not good enough to be a part of the Father.

The translation skips a word that means “part of” so that it should say “good part of father”.

Part of
H4480
For H4482; properly a part of

Father
H1
A primitive word; father in a literal and immediate, or figurative and remote application

What Elijah is saying is that his mission is complete when he says it is enough, and asks God to take his soul because he is not good as part of the Father. Elijah represents God the Father in the form of human flesh.

God then proceeds to answer Elijah’s prayer by later giving Elijah instructions to pass on the anointing and then receiving Elijah up into Heaven. First, God sends an angel to feed Elijah cake and water twice to prepare Elijah for a 40 day journey. Next, Elijah hears God in the still small voice and not the wind, earthquake or fire. Elijah gets his instructions and obeys them. When the time comes for Elijah to depart, “…there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them (Elisha and Elijah) both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. “

Here we see, as though Elisha’s understanding was opened, that he calls Elijah, “my father”. We can read of other events with Elijah for ourselves. The major point that I am making here is that Elijah had a strong anointing on him from being one of the two olive trees that stand before the God of this Earth. He was known by everyone, people bowed before him, he did great miracles, and he did not die but returned to Heaven. We do not know if Elijah arrived on Earth from Heaven because his birth parents are not mentioned.

I will interject here that there is little reason to surmise that the second witness is either Moses or Enoch. Elijah is prophesied to come in the book of Malachi and might be the prophet that Moses predicted would come.

Here we see that this prophet will be like Moses who led Israel out of captivity. In this sense, if it is Elijah, he will lead Israel in another Exodus; this time from the captivity of the world.

A study of Elijah is not complete without analyzing the entire book of Malachi which ends the old testament with the promise of his coming.

First we must establish that John the Baptist was not Elijah. The promise was that Elijah the prophet himself would come, not someone “in the spirit of” Elijah. When asked if he was Elijah, John said no.

Note here that John said he was not that prophet i.e. not the one that Moses promised.

Next, some say that Jesus Himself said that John the Baptist was Elijah.

The people did not know John as Elijah and killed him. John also did not do what Malachi promised that Elijah would do which is to turn hearts, like Elijah did the first time he came.

No, John’s job was to prepare the people for the coming of Jesus as the suffering Messiah. Even the angel told John’s father that John would operate “in the spirit of Elijah”.

If John had been accepted then Jesus would have established the Kingdom, but Jesus had to go to the cross. Therefore, John was not Elijah.

Since the last prophet before John was Malachi who promised Elijah, then we must study the entire book of Malachi. Since the climax of Malachi is the promise of Elijah before the Day of the Lord, we will consider that the whole book is speaking about that time, which is the last days.

It seems important to God to begin by establishing that the people of Esau, whom He hates, will rebuild and their place will be known as the border of wickedness.

We notice that whoever these people are, God has indignation toward them forever. There is only one people on Earth right now that fit this description. The same people who were the Pharisees in Jesus’ time. The people who continue to use their traditions, now in the Talmud, and who usurp the identity of Israel. You may have to study these people out if you have not already. They are the Khazarians who became the Zionists and have taken over Israel. Jesus warned about the so-called “Fake Jews” in the book of Revelation, twice. They are people who claim to be Jews but are not and lie about who they are.

Notice also that they are the synagogue of Satan. These people work for Satan and the world system at the time of the end. It is no wonder that God has indignation toward them forever. The total population of these “Fake Jews” is not large enough to be the entirety of the descendants of the twelve tribes. Whomever true Israel is, is to be restored and is mentioned in the next verse.

At some point in time, after Israel is restored, then we shall see them and people will magnify God from their border. That God would begin Malachi with this understanding is very important because Elijah will be instrumental in telling the Israelites the truth and restoring them. His mission in this respect is borne out by a passage in Isaiah.

Here we see that there is a situation where the Israelites do not even know who they are. They need to be told that the God of the Bible is their God and that they are the people of the Bible.

Returning to Malachi, in the next sections God rebukes the priests. In our day the priests would be the pastors of the churches of Christianity. Their sacrifices in our time would be their obedience to the Holy Spirit. God says that He intends to restore Levi to where the pastors would teach God’s truth again.

The idea of the priests bringing lame animals for offering in today’s world is like where God’s work in the church gets whatever is left over after the pastor takes his cut from the people’s donations. We notice the pastors of churches living lavishly and paying millions of dollars for television airtime to grow their church numbers. They hold their real duties to God in contempt.

God intended for His name to be great among the nations through the obedience of the pastors of whomever the Israelites are today.

You can read the remainder of Malachi chapters 2 and 3 to see that God’s complaints even include divorce.

As we see also in Isaiah, the pastors have become totally worldly.

Malachi chapter 3 begins the promise of Elijah as God’s messenger to Israel. I have searched other commentaries on Malachi Chapter 3 and they all agree that two messengers are referenced and that they are John the Baptist and Jesus. However, in keeping with the theme that all of Malachi is about the times before the Day of the Lord, I see the messenger as one person, and that person is Elijah the Prophet. The key clue is the result that the sons of Levi are purified and offer an offering of righteousness.

I have already shown you that the Israelites of our day do not know who they are. Elijah is coming to them to put them back on track with Father God and that means to accept Jesus as their Messiah; then their offering will be pure. Let us look at the first four verses very carefully:

Look here, I, Father God will send My messenger, Elijah the Prophet. Elijah will prepare the way before Me, Father God, which means that I, Father God am coming. My messenger, Elijah, is also the Lord, Father God, that you have sought or have been expecting. Elijah will come suddenly to this temple which is now your bodies. Elijah is even the messenger of the covenant that I, Father God made with the Israelites. You delight in Elijah. Look here, Elijah will definitely come, says Father God of the angel armies.

Who will be able to withstand that day when Elijah comes? Who will not bow down when Elijah appears? His word will refine people like fire and wash away their errors like soap. Elijah shall sit and speak to you and his words will refine you as silver is refined. Your pastors will be purged as the dross of gold and silver, so that they offer obedience to the Holy Spirit in Christ’s righteousness. At that time the offering of the descendants of the tribe of Judah and of Israel’s capital Jerusalem shall be accepted by God, like the old days. When Elijah comes, Judah and Jerusalem will be restored.

Elijah will come and do exactly as he did before. He will gather all the Israelites and purge the false prophets from their midst. His words will cause the hearts of the Israelites to turn again to God. Elijah will also prepare the people to meet God Himself who is also coming, as we will see in the next verse.

God Himself will purge all the evildoing from the Israelites. How Father God does this is not totally clear. His action is said to be swift against these people. It is possible that Elijah does this conviction acting on behalf of God, or as part of the Father, which we mentioned earlier. This time Elijah accepts his role as representing God in the flesh.

In the next section of Malachi Chapter 3, starting with verse 6, Father God speaks to the sons of Jacob, the whole nation of Israel. He is talking about restoring them through Elijah’s coming. Father God admonishes the people to bring the tithes into His storehouse and He will pour out a blessing that they can hardly contain. In this process of restoration of Israel, all nations will call Israel blessed.

Lastly, a Book of Remembrance is brought before Father God, of the people who feared God and spoke about Him to one another. They will make up Father God’s jewels in that day. Again, we see that Father God is speaking of the time leading up to the Day of the Lord. No more will the children of Israel call what is evil good, instead:

Malachi chapter 4 describes the times of the Day of the Lord as a “burning”. What is this fire? It is the same fire that comes out of the mouths of the Two Witnesses. It is the truth of God spoken to the people of the world.

This same burning is mentioned in the book of Isaiah.

We see in these verses from Isaiah that Father God is speaking of the same time as in Malachi, when He restores Israel by the spirit of judgment and of burning. The burning is accomplished by Elijah speaking Father God’s truth to the people and then they will tread upon the wicked who will be like ashes under their feet.

Lastly Father God reminds Israel to remember the law of Moses which with they will comply by coming under the new covenant of Jesus Christ their Messiah. The law will be written on their hearts of flesh instead of stone.

Ezekiel also speaks of this time when Father God restores Israel through Elijah’s mission before the Day of the Lord.

Malachi ends with Father God promising to send Elijah who will facilitate the restoration of Israel as a representative of Father God Himself.

Sadly, there is a caveat. The “lest” clause that Father God will smite the earth with a curse, if He does NOT send Elijah the prophet. We need to take this warning to heart, and sincerely ask the Father to send His Elijah the prophet, so as to avoid the curse. I plan to post an ask God to send His Elijah the Prophet campaign to spread the word.

In summary, we have seen that the man Elijah the Prophet, stands before God with a full measure of God’s anointing to spread over all the earth. Elijah represents Father God’s “face” in human flesh and will speak for Father God to the descendants of all the thirteen tribes of Israel. When they hear the truth then their hearts will turn back to God, accepting Jesus as their Messiah. Israel, Judah and Jerusalem will be restored and seen as a blessing to everyone on earth. Because of Elijah’s mission, the wicked will be “burned up” by the truths that he speaks and they will be ashes under the feet of the righteous.

We can see from this narrative, much more detail of Elijah’s mission as one of the two witnesses in Revelation chapter 11. The identity of the second witness has been a mystery. That mystery is now revealed and she is the Daughter of Zion. In part two I will confirm this assertion with many passages from the Bible which reveal her to be Elijah’s spouse. The two of them are a Holy Couple who stand before the God of the whole Earth.

God bless us,

2Thess 2:10..because they received not THE LOVE of the truth,… 11. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

123′s of the most popular & damndable heresies

      #1 “ANOTHER JESUS”:
“ONE” not triune: Mark 12:28…Which is the first commandment of all? 29. …Hear, O Israel; THE LORD OUR GOD IS ONE LORD: 30. And ………..this is the first commandment….. 31. And the second is….. IF YOU CAN’T GET THIS “FIRST OF ALL COMMANDMENTS” RIGHT, ALL THE REST OF YOUR “FAITH” AND PREACHING ON LOVE & SIN IS MOOT….. (NOTE: And yes, the specific Greek and Hebrew words used also and only define one person contrary to the ridiculous obfuscation attempts of some!?!)
PART 4 & 5 HOW MANY GODS ARE THERE FOR THE ONE GOD TO TALK TO?? Who was Jesus praying to??!?…. The real question should be … How does having multiple different persons keep this one God/being/entity from praying to himself?! (The trinitarian “schizophrenic” “god-head”) The Trinitarians want to have their cake and eat it too as the saying goes. On the one hand they need to say they only worship one indivisible God being/ entity but on the other hand they feel the need for some reason to keep Jesus or God from praying and talking to himself by dividing him up into different persons!?! It never occurs to them that that since there is only one indivisible God to pray too and Jesus is that indivisible God come in the flesh that he would need to talk to himself as to show us how to live, suffer, pray and die for our/ flesh) benefit not his!?!….. So while Trinitarians are quick to complain that God was not talking to himself at Christ baptism or in Gen “let us” they ignore the logical demands of their own theology! If Jesus is the ONE GOD in flesh and the Father is the SAME ONE GOD in heaven then Trinitarianism demands THE ONE GOD is talking to HIMSELF! Claiming that God is multiple different persons as the reason for why God is not talking to himself (because God is three different “selfs”) only demonstrates that what they really worship is in fact not a ONE GOD who talks to himself but three different god “selfs”/ and they all talk to each other! When they speak about who God was talking and praying to, they are quick to say “the other person, NOT HIMSELF!” But if you ask them how many gods do they pray to then they will say “ONLY ONE”!?! They expect you to believe that those three different persons are THE ONE GOD-BEING” which is like calling three different cars “THE ONE VEHICLE” (text book examples of prov 26:12)

PART 6: THE ANTI CHRIST….WHERE? WHERE?….EVERYWHERE!!! …..IT”S YOU O TRINITARIAN! “WHO” it was (what person) that came “IN THE FLESH”, IS THE DETERMINING FACTOR IN WHAT IT MEANS TO BE “ANT-CHRIST”! Even Islam claims Jesus was the Jewish messiah/Christ who was to come in the flesh) they all deny “WHO” it was (what person) that came (to be the Christ) in the flesh!?!…….To deny the father is to deny the son because they are one and the same person that came in the flesh! Trinitarians confess & preach literally …”ANOTHER JESUS” 2 Cor 11:4

JOHN 14: 8-20 ….[Note Isaiah 9:6. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: …: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, … the everlasting Father] ….The son, father/Holy Spirit are all the same person, NOT like two different persons working together even as “one flesh” ….The “oneness” between Christ and the father is not comparable to a man & his wife, for only a fool would say “When you have seen me you have seen my wife, how sayest thou then, Shew us your wife?” Notice they asked to see THE FATHER and the response was Jn 14:9 ..“HAVE I BEEN SO LONG time with you, and yet hast THOU NOT KNOW ME, Philip…..Now image some fool trying to claim that statement if you asked to see his wife!?!!? You want to see the FATHER but have I been with you but you don’t know me!?!?!
Jn 14 continued….…………..17. Even THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH; (Jn 14:6 I AM the way, THE TRUTH,) whom the world cannot receive, .. for HE DEWLLETH WITH YOU, (present tense/standing next to them in the flesh) and SHALL BE IN YOU… (future tense “In them”) 18. I will not leave you comfortless: I WILL COME TO YOU (future tense “In them”) Jesus himself here makes the point that the same person who was the HOLY SPIRIT that would come was standing next to them but lets them know “I will come to you again to be Inside of you”

The whole point to Gal 3:20.a mediator is NOT A MEDIATOR OF ONE, (HEIS) but GOD IS ONE. (HEIS) again, point blank, identifies the number of persons of God! The “but” points out the contrast between multiple persons in a mediation party v the “one” of God. God is not like a mediation party with multiple different persons. …..”the express image of his person” ( the person of God; singular not plural) Any attempt to lay claim otherwise is willful ignorance and delusional nonsense

Like a thief in your house caught stealing your things insisting he was not there stealing “I CONFESS I am NOT stealing”. You just do not “properly understand” what he is doing/saying. Further, since you never had a “proper understanding” of what he is doing/saying you have no business accusing him since you do not even know what you are talking about in the first place. It is with and in your own ignorance that you base your “false accusations” & “ad homonym attacks” against him…… Ridiculous of course it is ……2Thess 2:11; Titus 1:16; 2Tim 3:5; TRINITARIANS CONFESS JESUS /THEY ARE NOT POLYTHEIST BUT ARE MONOTHEIST LIKE A LIAR & THIEF WHO “CONFESS” THEY DO NOT LIE OR STEAL The simple fact is that just because you confess or deny that you are in an adulterous relationship and denounce all forms of adultery has nothing to do with whether or not it is in fact adulterous! .. …A rose by any other name is still just a rose AND calling it a water lily does not change the definition of what a water Lilly or a rose is either!…

This should have given you a hint, harking back to Satan in The garden…God said you will die…Satan comes along and states no you will be more WISE……Today .God said He is one; but Satan’s children come along and say no three is more WISE and humble in the face of God’s grandeur only “a mystery” that can be understood “in faith”. God uses head and right arm to explain the distinctions between father and son.. However, the Trinitarian heretics say to the effect: “NO, that is just a figure of speech, or that is not what God really means. What God is really saying is that God is three different persons”. Fools, hypocrites and blind guides, God said he was One and by your traditions have taken the words of God and made them of no effect, refashioning God into the image of your vain imaginations!

      #2 “ANOTHER GOSPEL”:
If you ask most people what the Good news or Gospel is they will probably tell you about the virgin birth or Christ death burial and resurrection. This would be rather humorous if it was not so sad considering that for the three and half years of Christ ministry he does not mention hardly ever. However, Christ does spend a lot of time preaching out of the OT scriptures. Now imagine given a report or manual to read and understand, that makes reference to and even quotes other source material and then ignoring that source material when it comes to defining the context and meanings of words in the report or manual you are trying to make sense of. If that seems dysfunctional that is because it is. This is, however, what most people are doing when it comes to understanding sound NT doctrine and or even what the Gospel message of Jesus was. The mystery of the gospel was not the death, burial and resurrection although it is part of it. In fact, death, burial and resurrection was the sign, the only sign, that Jesus gave to validate that the gospel message he was preaching all that time was true……and yet most deny it!?!?!
The “2nd coming”… “I come quickly” so “Hold fast till i come”… NOT …“in another 2000 years I might be coming soon any time now, so hold fast”!?! …those that deny the second coming of Christ in the war of AD70 (in their lifetime) are practicing a damnable heresy in denying the Lord that bought them ( 2Peter 2:1-2 ;2Tim 4:8/ you cant love an appearing you deny& the context is the 2nd coming not the first)… Mat 7:23..”I NEVER KNEW YOU” …..Mat 10:33. But whosoever shall deny me before men……..sound familiar?…. If I said I am coming to your house in this generation when these things happen but no one knows the day or hour what fool would think I might be coming in 2000 years latter!?!? ..2 Tim 4: 4. And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be TURNED UNTO FABLES. The “idea”/ doctrine that Jesus has not yet returned but “soon any day now soon” does not just make God out a liar; it is not just ridiculous but makes Christianity a mockery, A pathetic “ship of fools”!?!
The following example excerpt from Bertrand Russell: sometimes quoted by atheist et al and from his published work “Why I Am Not A Christian”

      Defects in Christ’s Teaching

Having granted the excellence of these maxims, I come to certain points in which I do not believe that one can grant either the superlative wisdom or the superlative goodness of Christ as depicted in the Gospels; …. I am concerned with Christ as He appears in the Gospels, taking the Gospel narrative as it stands, and there one does find some things that do not seem to be very wise. For one thing, he certainly thought that His second coming would occur in clouds of glory before the death of all the people who were living at that time. There are a great many texts that prove that. He says, for instance, “Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel till the Son of Man be come.” Then he says, “There are some standing here which shall not taste death till the Son of Man comes into His kingdom”; and there are a lot of places where it is quite clear that He believed that His second coming would happen during the lifetime of many then living. That was the belief of His earlier followers, and it was the basis of a good deal of His moral teaching. When He said, “Take no thought for the morrow,” and things of that sort, it was very largely because He thought that the second coming was going to be very soon, and that all ordinary mundane affairs did not count. I have, as a matter of fact, known some Christians who did believe that the second coming was imminent. I knew a parson who frightened his congregation terribly by telling them that the second coming was very imminent indeed, but they were much consoled when they found that he was planting trees in his garden. The early Christians did really believe it, and they did abstain from such things as planting trees in their gardens, because they did accept from Christ the belief that the second coming was imminent. In that respect, clearly He was not so wise as some other people have been, and He was certainly not superlatively wise.

#3 GOD LOVES EVERYONE; Jesus Died for “you”…… Just “come as you are”
Does God love you?….”Probably” NOT!….and NO Jesus did not die for everyone!?!……There is a sharp contrast between THREE groups : A. The predestined damned B. the “many” called C. The “Few” Chosen
Predestination….its true..its all true… God does NOT love everyone:
Prov 8: 17. I LOVE THEM THAT LOVE ME …………
1John 5:3. For THIS IS THE LOVE OF GOD, that we keep his commandments:
      (1) “PREDESTINED DAMNED” who were NEVER written in the book of life ………..Rev 17: 8 WHOSE NAMES WERE NOT WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE FROM THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD, …as contrasted …EPH 1: 4. According as he hath CHOSEN US in him BEFORE THE FOUNDATION OF THE WORLD
      (2) “MANY CALLED”= ONLY and ALL SAINTS (those who come to Christ) are written in the book of life … Philippians 4:3… ……Rev 21:27; (Only saints are Called and elect; Rom 1:6-7 et al) This is THE CHRUCH and ONLY these can have their names blotted out of the book of life ….….Heb 12:23 to the general assembly and CHURCH of the firstborn … WHICH ………are WRITTEN in heaven,
      (3) THE FEW CHOSEN: Those saints who were alive in group #2 who are now physically dead. They died “faithful” these are the FEW that were chosen faithful…….Rev 3:5. ……; and I
will not BLOT OUT HIS NAME OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE, (Ps 69:28) …. These are the FEW that are CHOSEN and now that they have died and are saved then “once saved THEY CAN NEVER BE LOST”
PS: “The world” that God so loved was not the Roman world nor the world of the Maya nor the world you imagined in your head that God specifically told them NOT TO LOVE!?!

Col 2:12 “……though the operation(work) of God” CAN ANY MAN BE SAVED WITHOUT WORK?

      The thief-baptism-grace& the name-Lord & LT

“whosoever shall call on THE NAME OF THE LORD shall be saved”
………So WHAT “NAME” did you “CALL UPON”?……
Rev 19:13. .. and HIS NAME IS called THE WORD OF GOD
Ps 138:2. praise THY NAME … for thou hast magnified THY WORD ABOVE ALL THY NAME -
NOTE: God placed His “THE WORD” ABOVE all of God’s various NAMEs – and Jesus NAME IS called “THE WORD” no other name saves. The MOST important name we should KNOW and CALL UPON is “THE WORD”; Not letters that spell “word” but the sayings/ doctrine/commands. It does NOT say “thy word is given a name above other names because here THY WORD is identified as the name that is placed above all other names.
Isaiah 52:1. . 6. Therefore MY PEOPLE SHALL KNOW MY NAME: ..What NAME do you “KNOW”.?
1Jn 2:3. And HEREBY WE DO KNOW that we KNOW HIM, if we KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS./ Titus 1: 16. They profess that THEY KNOW God; but IN WORKS THEY DENY him…
“AT the name OF JESUS”…..Jesus has a name that belongs to Jesus…just like the name OF GOD means a name that belongs to GOD but it is ridiculous to suggest that the letters G-O-D is that name…likewise the name OF JESUS is NOT the letters J-E-S-U-S. Why would anyone think that you could pronounce THE HIGHEST NAME OF GOD letter by letter…. (ie Judges 13:18; 2Cor 12:4 but God’s name is not as great and or “unspeakable )
Rev 3:8 kept MY WORD, and hast not DENIED MY NAME; …
      .Jn 17:6. I have MANIFESTED THY NAME And they have KEPT THY WORD.;
THE WORD is THE NAME above every name that saves us 1Pt 3:21 The ONE baptism(Eph 4:5) is into THE WORD ( which is also baptism in the Holy spirit Jn 6:63the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit ) ..ALL the sayings doctrines and commands….what did THE WORD that became flesh command? (Mat 28:19)…..what did THE WORD exemplify? (Mat 3:15/ Jn 4:1)………among other things…..YES .water baptism is just as essential and necessary for much a part of salvation (1Pt 3:21) as is keeping one self away from works of the flesh (Gal 5:21)….In fact obedience to the command of water baptism is specifically identified as the act of calling on the name of the Lord (Col 2:12 “……though the operation[work] of God” CAN ANY MAN BE SAVED WITHOUT GOD WORKING ON HIM?) …..THE WORD OF GOD is the name of God that men call upon OR…OR ..they DENY with their disobedience
The scriptures tell us almost nothing about the thief’s life. However, the scriptures tell us a great deal about Christ life……Jesus had been around for 3.5 years before the cross and was Baptizing (Jn 4:1-2 in fact He instructed his disciples to do so and did many more then John the Baptist ever did) …..Those who try to appeal to the thief on the cross assume the thief had never heard of Jesus preaching and had never ever been baptized….The burden of Proof is on those who say baptism is not essential! ………..You can’t claim a logically valid “non-essentiality” doctrinal argument on ANYTHING based on what the scriptures do not say and in spite of the things it clearly does state to the opposite effect!…That is like looking at the constitutional law and then basing a argument against a constitutional principle in law based on the fact that history did not record for us what some unknown cattle thief did or did not do a 150 years ago?!?! What??..Who cares?? We know what the constitution did say 150 years ago. I don’t know of any Law school that bases its teaching on constitutional law based on what history does not tell us about unknown cattle thieves!?! ..Jesus command, preached & practiced Baptism so did the apostles ….To build one’s theology on the fact that the scriptures do not tell us ANY detail(s) of the thief’s life before the cross (we know almost absolutely nothing about the thief!!) it is quite foolish and willfully ignorant of what the scriptures do say about baptism…….so those who try to use the thief are in effect building their house on the sand of what scriptures do not say about a thief in spite of what the scriptures do specifically tell us about baptism!?!… “Their damnation is just” comes to mind…
