Temple of Ba’al Arches Recreated in New York and London – Again in D.C. – Why?

The original Arch of Ba’al was in Palmyra, Syria.  “The temple was dedicated in 32 CE, but was constructed on the site of a pre-existing temple.”  The timing of the dedication – right about when Jesus Christ was preaching, obviously shortly before the crucifixion – seems very obvious Ba’al was an alternative, an opposite, an anti-Christ.  The original arch was destroyed by ISIS in late 2015.

Someone with money and connections must have regretted this – because a few months later there were plans for full scale replicas in New York and London.  I first wrote about the sinister and creepy replication of these Arches from the Temple of Ba’al in 2016…

But in late September, 2018, the Baal arch’s full-scale replica was erected at the National Mall in Washington, DC – practically right next to the US capital – allegedly “to celebrate global cultural heritage.”  The timing seems interesting to me, as “it was assembled and unveiled across from the US Capitol the day before Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh testified before a Senate committee.”  Of course some articles say: “but its relationship to Senate Judiciary Committee hearings was purely coincidental.”

“The reproductions of the 50-foot arch that stood at the Temple of Baal in Palmyra, Syria, that will be erected in New York City and London next month will only be the first of many. As you will see below, it turns out that there are plans to put arches in hundreds more cities all over the globe. The organization behind this is the Institute of Digital Archaeology, which is a joint venture between Harvard University, the University of Oxford and Dubai’s Museum of the Future. The initial arches from the Temple of Baal that will be erected in New York and London as part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Week in April are intended “as a gesture of defiance”, but ultimately the plan is to share this “cultural treasure” with as many cities around the planet as possible.

(Editor’s note: “defiance” against who?  Against God?)

From a much more recent article: “The Arch of Baal – also known as the Arch of Palmyra – was reconstructed at the Capitol Mall in Washington, DC, on Thursday and displayed through Sunday, allowing spectators to marvel in the pagan false god of power, fertility and child sacrifice worshiped by the apostate Queen Jezebel of the Bible and ancient Phoenicians and Canaanites.“

“The central tenet of Baal worship – the most distinguishing characteristic – involved parents gathering around a monstrous idol that included a furnace into which the adults would sacrifice their children on the burning hot altar,” WND added. “Drums would be ritualistically pounded to cover-up the screams of the kids.”

“Baal’s importance, or his dynamic, is that when a nation has known God – as Israel knew God – and then they turned away from God, they turned to Baal. Baal is the anti-God.”

[Funny how a huge tribute to the anti-god would show up in New York (Mystery Babylon) in 2016, and in London and Dubai, and in Washington D.C. in 2018.]

“Baal is the substitute god. Baal is the god of apostasy – of the turning away from God.”

The author of the bestsellers, The Harbinger and The Paradigm, noted how moral relativism – also known as secular humanism – has its roots in false gods such as Baal.

“Once you create your own god, you can create your own truth,” Cahn pointed out. “Once you create your own truth, you can overrule everything, call good evil and evil good. … Idolatry is linked to relativism, because you’re creating truths. Once you change your gods, everything else changes. It starts with that.”

Jonathan Cahn suggests that America today is following the same path ancient Israel followed – away from God and towards destruction.  He draws a comparison between modern abortion and ancient child sacrifices to Ba’al.

Others say an arch is a gateway – a doorway – and an invitation for evil to come into our cities.  It was erected in Washington during the Jewish holiday of Sukkot – the Feast of Tabernacles – when Jews invite God into our hearts and homes, and when Christians hope that someday Christ will return to tabernacle with us.  Who are the people behind this arch hoping will come to tabernacle with us?  Could powerful, evil elitists be attempting to invite a false god or antichrist into our land and bring on the final battle between good and evil?  I’ve been saying for years, as I wrote in
