Juan o Savin is the same guy that Hagmann & Hagmann at that time had on their show regularly. Except he went by the name “W the Intelligence Advisor” or Mr. W or something like that. Wayne R. Willott, from Washington State is his real name. He went on all those radio shows, Hagmann, V- Guerilla Economist and a guy named Fields, who misled all his listeners to believe that Juan/Wayne was JFK Jr. Not being a Q follower, I really don’t know too much about it, (this was all before Q ever happened) but this Juan/Wayne has been speculated to be in the 3rd non military Q group, Potus and Flotus being the first two.
You can go down the rabbit hole online regarding this guy. He was named as a source witness in a case against Hagmann & Quayle filed by a former investigative reporter from the Canadian Free Press. Then Pastor David Lankford got involved and it got really ugly there for awhile. Things that were said by Lankford and Quayle quite literally shocked me when I saw it. Definitely not something you hear Christians ever saying to each other or anyone else. I’m talking about threats and coercion.
The only place I have seen anyone call this Juan guy out is the QuiteFrankly Podcast. And a few sub reddits…

This guy is pushing crypto currency. What happens when the power goes off? And what happens when your social score is low or TPTB don’t like something you did or said and cut you off from your electronic currency? What happens if there’s an error on your account? How do you get that fixed? Crypto currency is anti-freedom. So this guy isn’t worth listening to, in my opinion. And if Juan O Savin made a mistake, it doesn’t mean he was lying. I don’t know who Juan O Savin is and I’m not vouching for him but the guy in this video has a bee up his behind or something.
Myself, I don’t know for certain what is transpiring. It’s difficult to swallow anything the media has to offer. Certainly, I am sure of this, that IF the military et al were to have a plan it would not be giving out much info as some “sites” are prone to do. Take it for what it’s worth.
