Is there a football game today? Super Bowl links + Vegan News You Can Use (2/3/13)
Apparently there’s a football game on today. And apparently I am a very bad vegan food blogger because I haven’t suggested any party recipes for you this week. Perhaps because I’m not going to, or hosting, a party? Dave and I have both been working all weekend (no complaints, we’re living the dream, writing and coaching to our hearts’ content!) but have decided we’ll take a break tonight to watch the commercials….err, I mean the big game. Last week I found a vegetarian chili mix in the bulk food section at my health food store so my theme tonight is Lazy Vegan Super Bowl: Chili mix and beans in a saucepan + kale chips for the concert…err, I mean half-time show.
