Taste of Halkidiki – Greek Supper Club
For most of my summers, the region of Halkidiki has been my second home. Not too far from Thessaloniki, this northern Greek vacation hotspot attracts Greeks and foreigners with it’s sandy beaches, azure waters and lush pine forests.
The region also boasts a wealth of local products like sustainable fish and seafood, fantasic cheeses, honey, olives, local lamb, goat and cattle.
I am wringing my hands with anticipation to cook my Halkdiki-themed menu for you. All the dishes will be paired with wines from Domaine Porto Carras, also located in Sithonia, Halkidiki!
Nisos Importing will provide Cretan olive oil along with many other specialty products from Greece.
