Cache Collision Part 8: Corruption in the Court

In August of 2022, I attended my trial before Judge Jill Parrish in the Salt Lake Federal Court. My friend and alleged Victim #2 had passed away but the judge refused to remove her from my indictment, even though, as the alleged victim, she could not testify because she was dead. As such, Alleged Victim #2 could not testify to anything in regard to the $500,000 allegation orchestrated against me. She had adamantly contested the allegation that I had defrauded her, and even provided an affidavit declaring so, prior to her death.  However, my Public Defenders never showed the affidavit to the jury. This means that the entire indictment rested upon the $5,500 claim of fraud by “Miss Trial” and her now deceased husband, which had previously been rejected in their claim against me in the Providence Utah Justice Court in 2017.

In cross examination, “Miss Trial” perjured herself and her lie was caught and noted audibly in court by my Public Defender. The investigator for the Prosecution also testified that she never told the Grand Jury of Alleged Victim #2’s claim that she had not been defrauded. The Utah State Attorney General’s Office also strangely attempted to interfere with the one witness subpoenaed to testify on my behalf, in this federal matter.

My Public Defenders also did not call any witnesses to the stand to testify in my defense, thus, I was given No Defense. In the end, the Judge instructed the jury to only consider the evidence presented and then further instructed the jury to disregard anything my Public Defenders had testified to, effectively tampering with the jury. After I was found guilty, by the jury, my Public Defenders immediately filed for an acquittal. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!

Shortly after my trial, I received word through Kali that an assassin was in Logan, Utah. Kali provided me with a wanted poster of the individual and asked me to get the information distributed throughout the community. Kali said the military knew of the assassin’s presence, but did not know why he was in Logan or who his intended target was. As I pondered over this disturbing information, I felt a calm assurance that the assassin was not here to target me, but rather was probably in Logan to clean up the mess insiders had made in exposing their corruption in the Cache Valley Community. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!

The day before Barbara and Ken Cromar’s scheduled sentencing hearing on August 19, 2022, Judge Christine Johnson issued a warrant for the arrest of Barbara and Ken Cromar. Realizing the danger this posed for Barbara and Ken, who would have certainly been arrested the moment they showed up for their hearing, it was decided that Barbara and Ken would not physically show up to the hearing, but would appear via Webex. This was a move that certainly surprise Judge Johnson, who attempted to claim the Cromars did not show up for the hearing until the Clerk of the Court informed Judge Johnson that the Cromars were in attendance.

The Cromars acknowledged their concerns about the premature warrant and stated that they felt their lives were endangered by Judge Johnson’s issuance of the warrant. Judge Johnson was frustrated by her foiled attempt to gain custody of the Cromars, which we felt would have resulted in the Cromars’ demise.

While Judge Johnson tried to figure out how to handle the mess she had created, Ken Cromar stated for the record that Judge Johnson had declared war upon them and We the People by prematurely issuing the warrant for their arrest. Judge Johnson literally ran out of the courtroom after calling for a continuance of the sentencing hearing. The Cromars were moved safely outside of the State of Utah, while efforts were made to file Motions for Applications of Habeas Corpus and appeals with the Utah State Court of Appeals and the Utah State Supreme Court, each of which were ignored and rejected without reason or comment. Shortly afterward, General David H. Berger told President Trump he should not communicate with Merrick Garland or the DOJ because they were the enemy. – Where there is smoke, there is fire!
