La. Sinkhole Grows, Nears Highway, Takes Work Pad

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Local officials at the Louisiana sinkhole disaster site announced Saturday morning that the monster swallowed most of the work pad and more land, this time to the north, toward the highway, a main artery connecting east to west in the southern part of the state.

“Another slough in that occurred overnight on the north side of the sinkhole,” Assumption Parish officials advised Saturday morning. “The slough in took approximately 3/4 of the north work pad and trees to the north of the sinkhole.

The amount lost into the giant hole is estimated to be a section of approximately 50′ x 75′ on the north side of the sinkhole, the highway side.

“Although this section is on the north side, it does not jeopardize the north berm or Hwy 70 at this time.”

On Friday, a Sinkhole Activity Code remained at level 3, the highest level.

Seismic activity was not elevated, compared to the heightened level it has been. Work within berms, directly on the sinkhole surface, continued to be suspended “as a precaution” while new safety protocols are finalized.

Since the sinkhole was reported in May 2012, when it was 400 feet in diamter, it has grown to over 24 acres.

Although this has been coming for many months, the state has done nothing to construct a detour for this important road. Somehow that’s no surprise.

They’ve been planning one for months, Paul… Now the highway is buckling, too, just as of last week — but it’s “normal” – especially gas and oil drillers keep drilling, extracting and storing to enable to enable America’s addiction to fossil fuels.

We are not “addicted” to fossil fuels. I am pretty sure we are “forced” to buy gasoline or diesel in order drive around. Any body that has tried to come up with anything that actually works other than gasoline has been swept under the rug. The people are not addicted to fossil fuels….the elite’s and governments are addicted to money.

For those who have not yet read the prophecies regarding the worsening situation in the Gulf and how it is related to the BP deep well blowout, visit http://revelation12.ca and look it up in the additional posts section.

The Gulf State populations are in very serious danger from the enormous amount of methane that is migrating throughout the region. The methane is filling underground caverns and crevices and will cause many explosions and poisonings as the crisis escalates.

Watch the video of the methane explosion in a New Orleans suburb that lifted the concrete road next to one mans house. If you live in the Gulf region know that it is coming your way.
