Government has NO constitutional authority to legislate marriages of any kind. Not even polygamy. Government has not Constitutional authority to legislate an*l, oral, missionary, etc. sex practices, Separation of church and state is paramount in Constitutional law. There’s no constitutional authority to legislate abortion on either side of the issue.
