If gold hits $10,000 then a loaf of bread will hit $50. That’s the nature of gold; it tends to maintain a price relative to true value.
I would normally agree, but I don’t think gold has kept pace with monetary inflation. Gold should be > 3000$. If it goes to 10,000$ a loaf of bread will likely pass 10$
Why would anyone want to own Gold or Silver in todays World? Is it not more preferable to hold Debt that you have to work your hole life to pay back.
Man’s lust for shiny things reminds me of the technique employed by African natives to catch Baboons….

They cannot let go, and are thus captured.
I heard what sounded like a voice from among the four living creatures, saying, “One day’s ration of wheat for a day’s wage, or three day’s ration of barley for a day’s wage! But don’t damage the olive oil or the wine!” Revelation 6:6

$10,000 and $1,000 in related compared to what. If the dollar implodes, what is the redeeming value of the dollar?
what ever somebody will give you for it just like anything else–after the civil war gold went to $67,000.00 an ounce for a short while–nobody bought it at that price and nobody sold it–the government was able to pay its debt with a high gold price–that is the purpose of sky rocketing gold–for government to revalue the worth of their paper money to pay debts–investors get a chance to make money and mining companies too–if you own stock in a decent gold/silver mining company it can be very profitable–if it goes to 10000 nobody will buy or sell it–unable to trade–i like it to stay around 5000 an ounce–still able to trade at that price—it will be hell on earth if it hits 10000–probably war
The OP has been having another wet dream
Silk was once worth more than it’s weight in gold and you can wear it.
Yes buy gold/silver but don’t fall for the “”Too good to be true” get rich wet dream story being pushed here because a 15% rise after a 200% drop in the paper silver price does not signal that prices have hit the bottom.
“Silver to be $1,000!”
I can pull it out my arse too
“Silver to be $1.00″
$12 silver is quite possible in the real wold, out side of dreams and that should be a buy signal for everyone here, remember that.
