With so many people losing their lives behind a gun I must say to slow the gun violence issue down in America we must do like we use to do and this is trying every case in criminal court and allow a jury to decide the persons innocence or guilt. In a grand jury hearing a defendant do not get to put any witnesses on the stand. Every case where a life have been taken prosecutors should go for life sentences in all cases. If he loses the case so bid but we have got to go for harher punishment for all people. If its a self defense issue then a jury will have to make that decision as well
