A spray painted eyesore of a sign can be seen on Louisiana’s Scenic Hwy 22! It’s not good for the environment to be dumping anything next to the river, but to make matters even worse this sign doesn’t specify what is to be dumped. Even a kid recognizes this as graffiti. Louisiana is not a trash can. Hopefully the owners of this sign will see this video on youtube and remove this epic fail of a monument sign located on one of Louisiana’s scenic highways and byways!
