Μία κινητοποίηση, προσφυγές στο ΣΤΕ και τα Ευρωπαϊκά Δικαστήρια, όχι παραιτήσεις Δημάρχων, όχι κλείσιμο των Δήμων. Και με τον πρόεδρο κ. Ασκούνη να μιλά για Δήμους «ενωμένους σαν μια γροθιά».

Και στο παρασκήνιο, σύγκρουση μεταξύ των « επισήμων» του ΠΑΣΟΚ και των «ανταρτών» , πάλι του ΠΑΣΟΚ. Αλλά η Τοπική Αυτοδιοίκηση νοσεί οξύτατα , με ευθύνη κυρίως του ΠΑΣΟΚ το οποίο το 2010 ήταν σε θέση να εκλέξει πλειοψηφίες . Σήμερα, αυτές οι πλειοψηφίες δεν υπάρχουν πια.
