In the UK until the coroner submits a report and the relatives have identified the body there are no official ‘death’s’ which may take several weeks. The explosion took place in a packed venue with a maximum capacity of 21000 apparently sold out on the day.
As for getting video evidence(Other posters are posing questions), the UK police are very efficient at confiscating phones during an incident for evidence. If you are looking for such evidence, that which they missed (or by some truther who could not condone censorship) was released by the US MSM with much British protest today.

Manchester is effectively several ring roads all one way systems served by several district Ambulance/ Fire Stations to cope with the demands of 5 million people and the fact that traffic is so slow(<20 mph) to meet a 30 minute deadline to get to an incident you have to have many small stations rather than one City wide one. At any time traffic could be stopped by the metrolink tram network, not including traffic lights and unlike rural roads cars cannot mount the kerb to make way in this city, why not – it is jammed full of people and cars bumper to bumper.
I found the only quick way in and out is Princess Street to the M60 ring road.
