Vincent Brown – This is Brown’s time to shine and I have no doubt he will give fantasy owners a fine return on investment in 2013. Brown was ready to explode in 2012 before a leg injury cost him the season. Just look at what Denario Alexander did in this offense a year ago, and we should expect Brown to compete as one of the top 25 receiver in fantasy leagues.

Golden Tate - Percy Harvin could be lost for the year and Sidney Rice is injury prone. Tate has had a terrific offseason and came on strong at the end of last season. Grab Tate as a backup and he might be starting on your team sooner than you think.

T.Y. Hilton - A terrific preseason for Hilton wit three touchdowns tells you it doesn’t matter if he’s a “starter” or not, this second-year receiver will be a top 30 fantasy option at his position. The Colts will spread teams out and use a lot of three receiver sets.

Hilton his primed to build on his successful rookie season and is worthy of grabbing as a WR3 on draft day.

Anquan Boldin – With Michael Crabtree lost for most of the regular season, Boldin and Vernon Davis will be active parts of the 49ers passing attack. I like Boldin as a solid WR3 for at least the first half of the season. My only concern for Boldin is if he can hold up for a full season if he’s on pace for over 100 receptions by the middle of October.

Alshon Jeffery – Jeffery has been the talk of Bears camp this summer and his seven receptions for 77 yards against the Raiders was a positive showing in week three of the preseason. Draft Jeffery as a backup and be ready to wait on him a few weeks.

It could take the Bears offense a few weeks to get going in the passing game because they have a new offensive scheme, but I have a feeling you won’t regret holing him by the time October comes around.

Michael Floyd / Andre Roberts - The Cardinals will throw the football with Coach Bruce Arians in town. That means both Floyd and Roberts are candidates to be productive options with Carson Palmer in town.
